What the contact form stores
When you send a brief, we store the name, email address, company or network name you provide, the system you selected, the message, and a one-way hash of the request IP for abuse prevention. We also store the request user agent. We use this only to read and respond to the brief.
What we do not do
- We do not sell contact data.
- We do not add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.
- We do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.
Retention
Briefs are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. You can ask us to delete a brief at any time by sending a new message with the same email address and asking for deletion.
Infrastructure
The site is served from Vertalt infrastructure. Standard server logs (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) may be kept for security and operations. They are not used to build a profile of visitors.
